Thanks Prix. I may start the apple cider vinegar. Any specific foods you eat. The meds you take are they daily or time released weekly. And lastly what's expensive? TIA

Xeljanz is 2x daily $3000 a month. Not shitting you. Need insurance. They will want you to try Humira (injection), Enbrel (injection), other types before Xeljanz. I had done them all basically. They help

It is not so much what you eat, but what you don't. Foods that cause inflamation like red meat limit. I eat grilled chicken, fish or beans most of the time. Grilled veggies. Keep your weight down.

Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp 3x a day. Most people mix it with honey. I just dilute with ice water. I also started vitamin D3. I feel good, but not sure if it is from that.

Steer clear of impact excercises.
