agree 100%. if O can prove he can recruit in the trenches as a HC I think he can do alright and certainly better than Miles in his last 5 years or so. the FACT is, the state of Louisiana does not produce enough talent to field a top 5 team that wins titles. we have to get enough OOS guys and sign MOST of the top guys in the state to we challengers.

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, but it sure as hell doesn't if the best of it keeps going to Alabama. That's Orgeron's challenge. He was handcuffed by the uncertainty of the coaching situation last year and he lost some important ones, but this year we should see some indication of how well he does at fixing this major problem.
