The better question is: what is the O/U of the times he will do it before someone puts a helmet in his nuts or flips him in the air? Hurdling a player with no one around is one thing, hurdling in traffic is another.

This is a fun play for the fans, but it ultimately has major injury risk. These high risk/high reward type move perpetuates more risk driven behavior. I have no issue with the hurdle move when there is only one defensive player in the area but Gage does this within ten yard of the line of scrimmage sometimes (give or take a hurdle). Considering he is a pivotal part of our offensive scheme, I would rather the hurdling discontinue.

I agree, but sometimes you try and make a play. He's being doing this since high school and his instincts are pretty good.
