We have to start looking at it this way! We have no choice! They have a meeting to all get on the same page? Are you fricking kidding me, 5 games into the 2017 season??

Another good thing might be that it speeds up the process of getting great again.
I dont remember who said it, but the theory is that its always best to avoid following a great coach. Its ideal to follow a great coach's successor. The coach after O will have just about nothing to live up to in order to be an improvement.
