Everything we do know suggests he was highly organized. So while I don't know anything, I'm less inclined to believe that he hit the mass shooter lottery and the stars aligned perfectly for him
But that's all getting away from the simple point, every detail is really odd and a deviation from your typical mass shooter (the fact that there is such a thing as "typical mass shooter" is really depressing

I still can't wrap my head around the notion that he would be Islamic indoctrinated based who he was. Also if that is true and Marilou is flying back to the USA, she is a fricking moron..
If this some sort of ideological shooting backed by an organized group a domestic group (anti-government folks) seems more like a fit than ISIS.
