Exactly. A person operating with all of their whits could probably walk out of their house and kill 20 people within an hour if they chose to do so. Luckily most of the people committed to killing people are not all there. It’s rare that you see a completely “sane” person plot to kill as many people as they can with no real aparent motive. Maybe these are the people that would have been serial killers back in the 60s and 70s.
