The people here blaming JBE are completely divorced from reality. The vast majority of cuts to LSU and other schools came under Jindal. JBE would love to give them more money, but the legislature neither wants to raise the funds or make the hard cuts (e.g. closing small under-performing campuses) necessary to do so.

My point made...there are too many 4 year universities relative to the population.
