I just found out via MRI I have a L4/L5 protrusion that is pushing on a nerve. I also have a L5/S1 extrusion.
Sciatica pain at first with numb foot. Now more pain in my middle lower back, less sciatica, though I still have some numbness and tingling in my foot.

Good luck. Don't let them duck around. My shite started in March and literally nothing was done diagnostic wise until I raised hell last week. Then boom, mri next day.
