Well yeah, having more kids will be more expensive, but it's not like that changes if you stick with the wife.

Idk, I feel pretty confident saying $15k per year for one child is a good deal considering the cost of a child on and quality of life @ $110k/year.

ETA - For clarity, I mean $15k/year is on par or cheaper than what one child would likely cost you on that salary.

If you are okay with the morality of knowing you left your firstborn at one and a half because it was a QoL decision, then you deserve the serious amount of hate coming your way.
