Of course, when one can't use facts to dismiss a fact based argument, they usually resort to dismissing it with something that had nothing to do you the argument itself. And when one doesn't even use an irrelevant but on-topic response and instead relies on an unverifiable pervasive phenomenon that would also be irrelevant when if it was actually true, that is especially telling.
