go by and pick up the bike....he is obviously not interested in completing the job. be prepared to pay him for what work he has done, though.

I've already given him a 1/3 of the price he quoted for repairing it.
It's locked in his shop. He doesn't work out of that shop full time any longer and just does repairs on the side.

He definitely does not have the bike anymore. Bike was sold for drugs.
