Ehhhhhh....it depends. The people influencing this movement are the ones who say to white people "If you're not speaking out, you're part of the problem." They view America as an INSTITUTION for white supremacy. That's why they allege institutional racism.
There is no middle ground for these people.
So if you're a soldier, are you not the soldier for racist America? Unless you defect or withdraw, aren't you just part of the problem?
But of course they will never say that. Why? Because they love to pick and choose.
