Political Correctness in today's society.

The evil that is political correctness has gained a hold in today's society because no one has had the courage until now to denounce it. 99.9% of politicians are cowards. They do not have the courage or convictions to denounce it for fear of being labeled a racist or any other label that the left pulls like a gun. All they are interested in is being re-elected. Political correctness has damaged our country and will continue to do so if not confronted. It has chipped away at the pillars of our society and has weakened this nation. President Trump has exhibited that political courage and millions of Americans will support him for doing so. Political correctness needs to be eradicated and thrown onto the ash pile of failed ideology.

I'm part of a Facebook group that posts comedian clips new and old. I watched two separate clips yesterday that made me cringe a little. Redd foxx and Don rickles acts would cause so much outrage if done today. It's a sad state we are in today when everything is considered offensive. I liked the days when things were actually considered a joke and people had thicker skin.
