This what people, in their zeal to defend this, don't seem to want to understand.

Alcohol is legal as frick. But if I get hit with a random breathalyzer test (and that's often part and parcel of a piss test) and I have bourbon on my breath, there's no way I can expect to keep my job.

Yea because you can get plastered on bourbon for 4th July and fail test for it on 15th July.
Good thing these 2 are the same.
