ESPN app will require you to login to your cable provider, once you do it will tell you "At this time, WatchESPN is only available on U.S. domestic providers."
Your best chance is to VPN, check with your hotel to see if they have the American version of ESPN, if they do you might be lucky.

IF this is the case, download the tunnel bear app. It's masks your IP address and makes the system think you're in the US.
