I am going to be straight, figure out how to keep her there for her last year. Family is the most important thing in life, not jobs.

I had a similar issue, my Mom decided to stay back and Dad went off to the new job. She moved to join him after about 6 months and I finished out staying with friends.

Everyone was happier for it. Do not be a crappy parent, we have enough of those in the world.
