my ex wife makes more than me, which is why she's fighting split custody so hard. count is scared shitless of having to pay support. frick what's best for the kid if you can save a couple benjis, right? If i could set it up so she wouldnt have to pay I would but its illegal to deny the child support.

Then just give it back to her each month. Simple solution to end the custody battle. (Unless you really want the money.)

Mine is set up to where my ex wife doesn't pay. I didn't want her money. I just wanted my daughter half the time.
