Again there's not 50k white collar employees in any city of La. Might not even have 50k in the whole state

A) That's not true.
B) A lot of their people would be relocating from Seattle anyway, plus it would attract talent from all over, so wherever they locate won't be relied upon to provide 50k white collar employees.
C) None of this matters because LA has no shot.
