See, this is the problem. Why can't they both fricking suck? Because they do. And trust me, the most spoiled at my particular job are the boomers. Did I mention they fricking suck? They want others to pick up their slack, what's in their job description, simply because they're older or been there longer, or "paid their dues".

When you've reached the point that your main priority is protecting your job, and not actually doing your job, we have a major problem. This mentality is my primary issue with the boomers.

Millennials may be lazy, I don't doubt that, but boomers, they're definitely entitled too. Millennials may think they're entitled to a job, but boomers think they're entitled to keep a job, no matter the performance. 2 sides of the same coin.
