Maybe not BUT it has not officially moved from Houston yet. I would say Cotton Bowl would be best alternative.

Folks I know in Houston are not flooded and have their electricity.

Dude, seriously... SHUT UP. The damage to Houston is catastrophic and all of the water is not gone. Are you going to bring in volunteers from some other place to work the game? Or are you expecting the people there to stop gutting there homes to go to work for your amusement?

The reason it's not officially announced that Houston is not the location, is because they want to make ONE announcement once the new site is determined.

Now please... STFU about a GAME in Houston.
