What do the Indians do that other teams haven't copied yet?
They have his number somewhere in scouting...
CLE hit him in CHItown, and now in Boston.
That's when an average lefty can damn near no-hit CLE with regularity.

I don't know if Cleveland spends extra time on advanced scouting key starters (particularly AL Central 1s), but they seem to do well against aces. Justin Verlander is another guy, they almost always have his number.

Probably just because they have a lot of good hitters.

Not sure what it is, but they are definitely picking up something on his pitches that other teams haven't figured out yet. I've watched both starts this year and they are only team that has laid off that nasty slider below the strikezone. Bat doesn't even come off their shoulders. Then something that is up, they hammer it.
