You have a battery issue. Either it is weak or there is a loose connection. Might be corrosion on the wires. That could be a tough issue to track down if it is the latter. Check the battery about 20 minutes after shutting the car down and see what the voltage reads.

It's actually a relay. May be sticking or stuck completely/ failed. There is quite a few of them. One sends power to everything. One for electrical and so on. I'm thinking it is a relay that is going out. People have taken their car apart thinking it was a major issue when all they had to do is replace the relay.
