CAD I had posted the ones above before, they range in price from $4-$7 depending on when you buy them.
They are excellent bulbs, I recommend them to anyone looking to replace lights in a kitchen/shop.
You basically cut out the ballast in each fixture and wire each end of the touchstones to the source.
