I like to do this. I like the sweat. It's not hard to do. Simply stop before heat stroke happens.

you can't always tell when you are becoming heat-exhausted. I ran 14 miles one afternoon in MT this summer, and I didn't realize how hot it was. I had water with me the whole time. Came home. Felt fine. Took a nap. Woke up shivering and puking water. Fun stuff. I was fine the next am and ran a half marathon, so it couldn't have been that bad. but it scared me, as it had never happened before.

it was in the high-90s for the last 4 miles or so, as the sun had risen over the mountains. it didn't feel all that hot, but clearly it was.
