Beef tongue
How to Cook Beef Tongue
Ingredients:
1 beef tongue
juice of one lemon
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup coconut aminos — where to find
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 T fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T arrowroot powder, dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste
