Its actually more efficient if you use the 5.56 end cap.
More volume = better suppression.

Thanks for the info. I was on the fence about buying a 5.56 suppressor. This info takes me off the fence.

theoretically, yes, but I have both endcaps for my omega and there is no discernible difference when using the 2 on 5.56. I quit using the 5.56 endcap altogether because I'm scared id be shooting with someone and theyd used it on 300blk without knowing better
