I didn't miss any events. They suddenly decided to put hummus and crackers on the table for me. Not a big deal.

But your opinion is yours alone so it can be whatever you want it to be... I will note that though.

My point was that the op came in mad he had to change a menu that, he said in the op, he hadn't even created yet. So basically just came to complain.

Also wasn't expecting that kind of response from you gg .

I didn't expect the above from you. It was quite a surprise. It's like saying "if you're not going to have food I can eat, I'm not coming."

As I said in my first post in this thread, we have accommodated folks with specific eating desires. We do it all time, in fact. If we're having seafood and someone has an allergy, we prepare something different for that person, for example. It's really not a big deal, as you say, and as I said previously.
