She admitted to giving her emails to her attorneys for them to sort out the "personal" ones so they could be deleted. Some of those emails contained classified information, so she knowingly and willingly disseminated classified information to someone without the proper clearance.

Her attorneys also admitted that they received her emails, so they are also guilty of receiving classified information without proper clearance.

Both are guilty and should be in prison, the US government has sent many other people to prison for doing far less.

But will she receive the justice she deserves? Probably not.
