Nashram is right. You would need to review the test results to determine if he took dilaudid. Hydromorphone is a minor metabolite of hydrocodone. If the ng/ml reading for hydromorphone was close to equaling or over the hydrocodone reading, it would be a good indication that he was taking dilaudid and hydrocodone. Pretty dangerous combination. Not to even mention the xanax and ambien positives.

Also, opioids remain present in your urine for up to 72 hours. Xanax and most other benzodiazepines remain up to five days. Ambien's detection time is much shorter - only up to a day.
