Well there is a lot of marsh around there that is privately owned. Sucks that all of LA is off limits but I understand the fuss of the land owners

the good have to suffer for the bad in some cases.....some of these assholes blow through the marsh trimmed up and wide open and it pisses the landowners and land managers off.

The "land owners" have nothing to fuss about when it comes to tidal waters
