Miles at best was very mediocre. He should have left the coaching to his coordinators and his assistants, which he did with the defense but couldn't do with respect to the offense. Which is why we went through so many offensive coordinators. The offense would suck so after every two to three years Miles would fire the offensive coordinator and bring in someone new. Then after the first year, the offense would suck again and then Miles would fire the offensive coordinator and bring in someone else. Which worked for him for a long time. However, the reason the offense always sucked was that Miles couldn't keep his grubby hands off the offense no matter what and finally firing offensive coordinators again wasn't going to work anymore.

Indeed, in Jimbo Fisher's final season I remember observing several arguments between him and Miles. Hence, I don't blame him for not sticking around leaving when he did. Miles more or less was pushing him out

Nonetheless, we should have hired Jimbo Fisher instead of Miles, because that guy can coach, communicate, and is astronomically far smarter than Miles.

utter bullshite. miles has enough legit flaws to bring up with out making shite up
