You want to know the obvious difference since all of you want to be obtuse? The obvious difference is no one will think that Trump TV isn't biased in favor of trump. The name sort of gives it away. Trump TV isn't going to be masquerading trying to pretend that it's a beacon of impartiality
Even the average voter who doesn't pay a lot of attention can probably figure out that Trump TV is pro-trump. They might not be quite as astute when it comes to CNN MSNBC The Washington Post the New York Times the LA Times the Chicago Tribune ABC CBS NBC etc etc etc
