I agree that Tyrion is the most likely. Doesn't necessarily mean he's a Targ of course.
But after last week, I'm wondering if Tyrion would unleash dragon fire on anyone even if he was a rider. Maybe on the Night's King and his army.

I think Martin confirmed this somewhere, too (that Targ blood not a requirement - whether he was responding to R+L=J, or A+J=T or just generally, I can't say). At least used weasel words like "not necessarily."
