Yes, they could. I'm fully aware of that. More importantly to my point the police can't arrest me and take me to jail and take my kid from me for using it. And if it was legal, I assume my company would treat thc like it treats alcohol. Almost no one gets fired for drinking alone in their house on the weekends.
Arrogant pricks like you seem to always generalize every user of marijuana and them project your own arguments onto us.

Bro, if you can't even begin from a serious point , there is no use in discussing. Obviously marijuana use, whether legal or illegal leads to other societal issues.
An idiotic response like "name those problems" would be like someone saying "name something Americans have to tolerate because guns are legal" when the answers are numerous and obvious.
