I'm no law guru, but am I offbase and reading some of the actual decision wrong?

I think it's a bit interesting and shows a mindset that is still perpetuated today by liberals that make excuses for minorities and try to baby them or almost look at them as inferior. Pretty fricked up and a reason for the racial climate we are dealing with today along with perpetual poverty and handouts.
