I spent 2 weeks in Chile a few years ago, and I would move there in a heartbeat. Diverse regions that are very accessible, Santiago is just like any other big city in the US, with a lot of US companies having a presence, very friendly people, and extremely affordable.

I am waiting to get my kids through high school before seriously trying to make a move.
