That has much more to do with the internet in general than xfit IMO. You see Alot of shite in the gym today you prob wouldn't see as often 20 years ago. shite, women in the gym lifting weights in general is kind of a new phenomenon. That's because the info is more readily available for everyone, as are the benefits of DL's.

Strawman argument. There's ways to have beginners do DL's safely. Sprinting is whole different animal.

I'm willing to bet those stats are similar to 30 year olds who weight train in general versus those who don't.
