Not having kids. One of my good friends from just outside of HS thought it was horrific that I wasn't in a rush to have kids or that we didn't have kids at the same time so that our friendship would be one long arse play date. She didn't know how to still have adult outings independent of her kids.

That's an incredibly shitty mindset to have. Honestly I don't think almost anyone should have a kid before 28.
