both but mostly the latter. i know I'll need more procedures at some point but i have lost faith in my surgeon. i had RFA done on both sides of 3 levels about 9 months ago. since those procedures i hurt even more and when i tell him that his response is "we have already treated that area" he frankly seemed a little offended that i dare say his procedure did not do what he said it would do. when i asked for pain meds to deal with the pain, he told i was probably becoming an addict because he treated my pain. pissed me the frick off.
