re: 2 stroke Mercury 60 problems

I have a 60 HP 4 stroke at the lake house that lost all fuel pressure and bogged down to about the same speed. Figured fuel line was bad because bulb wouldn't get hard. replaced the fuel line. Now it is trying to turn over but won't even fricking start. Pulled filter out yesterday and it has water in the gas. Going to try and flush it out today. I'm filling it with tannerite if it won't start
