Man I passed out quick last night after I posted. But yea $25 for 3hrs in MS was a good deal. I'm not affiliated is why my price was cheaper. They usually took turns and used 30 minutes a day. I happened to get lucky and had a rack in the very back. So if you saw the sheet hanging up covering the rack you knew it was phone time.

Two gangs wanted me to be put down with them, but I'm like naw I'm good, made it 30 something years by myself, don't need that just for a few months. They pretty much respected me cause I respected them. It wasn't just because I was a good size boy, cause I seen 5'6 guys and may weigh 150 bring down some big dudes. You just need to know when to turn your head and when asked, you didn't see or hear anything.

The phone actually got me protection from one house man during showers. Like I said, we had at least 90 on our block, and certain gangs would take turns in the shower with two lookouts. If you tried to shower when one gang was in their and didn't ask or they let you in, then you could just go ahead and get ready for your beat down once they all got together and planned their time. They liked doing it that way to torcher the guy who was going to get beat down cause he never knew when it was going to happen. Just that it was.

Those gangs didn't mess around, and someone was constantly being taken either between racks or shower with curtain up and violated, (beat down, 3 on 1).
And funny you mention the batteries cause I had a charger but some idiot got it taken away (He was taken care of by the guys who paid to use it) so we then had to resort to canteen and build our own battery pack. You can see a lot of stuff in jail. And if you show respect you'll get it eventually after they see you're not a punk or snitch.

I could go on for days about stuff I seen and what all was brought in. And how to pop a socket to light a cigarette lol.

But to g8tor, I'm glad to hear that man. That's something I wanted to do, prison ministry, after I got out but couldn't ever find the one to contact. And good for you for turning your life around. People that's never been addicted to anything doesn't have a clue how much you want to quit but can't. It's something you have to experience to truly understand how bad it can be. We need more people like you reaching out trying to help others. I help with stuff in other ways but really wanted to do what you're doing.
Yes this was long but I could go on for days about stuff I saw in there and what it's really like.

Violated as in raped or just beat down?
