Good point.
I know this is more specific to lines of getting into certain fields but even art at it's base isn't a bad thing. Being a kid/teenager isn't always easy so simply expressing themselves thru art isn't bad either imo.

No it isn't.
There are countless skills required to market a product. The initiative is focused on growing technical skills in the country. You know those technical skill gaps that keep us companies from hiring Americans.
