It's a rebuilding year and we play 5 SEC road games. Our cross division teams are Florida and Tennessee.

10-2 would be great
9-3 would be good
8-4 and he better win 10 next year

What?

Where are we rebuilding at? The HC at LSU doesnt get a rebuilding year pass. At least, the last guy didnt.
The new coach has a stacked team and a returning capable QB along with 2 top coordinators. He and the new guy at Oklahoma have both been handed 2 of the best gigs in recent memory. I wonder what the expectation for the guy at Oklahoma is? You can bet its not 8 wins.

8-4 is realistic and should be the goal. LSU has some automatic losses on the schedule every season now. You can really expect much more than 8-4 in a season like this one. I think 7-5 would even be acceptable in his first full season here.

8-4 and if he loses early it will be a very rough year with a ton of people second guessing the hire.

A program like LSU shouldn't have rebuilding years. They just reload.

says who? The defense, while a little less experience should be better. Loc was supposed to start last year before O defenders get all defensive. The offense better improve under Canada. All I can say is overall there's more talent outside of JA than left.

It's not a rebuilding year. 11 should be the standard. Just has to stay out of Canada's way
