I got one sent to me from Oakland. I actually paid the toll but was in traffic and it mis-dinged me. End of the day they send that bill to rental car company who then forwards it to you with some legal mumbo jumbo that says you were driving it.

Yea my incident was 2005. This would make sense now for them to just automate that shite.
