And that would be fine to an extent if you stick to hiring coaches that build around their roster, not force their roster around their system.

He should of hired a JVG, Malone, or just any coach in the mold of a Carlisle or Stevens. Coaches that aren't tethered to a style of play but instead tether their style of play to the players they have. Monty was like half that, and instead of going and finding a guy that was fully that, he went and got a system coach who is now trying to become more like those coaches we need by bringing in new coaching personnel. Trying to teach a 62 year old dog new tricks.
