Thats what the book is called but there are multiple Revelations in the book of Revelation.
I take the Bible at face value, I'm not inclined to decide what is and is not metaphorical.
I find those that think they are intelligent and/or spiritual enough to decipher metaphors from reality Biblically are neither.
