I think he's fine.

I'm efficient as frick at work. I lay and organize everything. I taught myself out SAP system as an hourly hand and pretty much eliminated the need for my boss. He has no idea what I do and my jobs are critical. I have spare supplies and everything mapped out.

My efficiency is awesome and some days I'm done by 930 in the morning unless I get a call. The reward for working smart and efficient and putting in a ton of thought process in my job is I don't have to work NEAR as hard as the other guys and we get paid the same.

They work 8 and I work 2.5 hours. Piss on it, good for me for being efficient and putting in the planning and learning for years to get where I'm at the point I am.

Same as this guy. Use your brain and don't feel bad about it.
