I have done the same thing at my job auto aka automated a manual process freeing up more time. But because Im in the office I did the last sentence!
If you left..they would have to pay someone to do your job the old way so it doesn't matter as you are benefiting from your skills and the company is getting what they pay for whether it be you or another person. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.
In fact, If I was you ( I was) I would ask for more work and MORE money from the employer.
