I didn't say that. I did however say that I'm with the only person dying being the drunk driver. I'd say it was more of negligence than capital punishment. 46 MPH with a restrained passenger is ridicules, but you make it sound like the officer hand cuffed him and just threw him over board and drive off. Should the officer face punishment? of fricking course, but you're really trying too hard to make a point that isn't there.
