Good question. More likely that it's the coaches
With the new facility and Alleva demanding they be Top 10, coaches can be pressured to do whatever it takes

have you ever met a coach of an Olympic sport? They all believe their sport is very important and are super competitive just like coaches of big sports. Just because they aren't bringing in the big cash doesn't mean they don;t care about winning
